As part of our community outreach, we are pleased to be able to offer the 2nd COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic to any community member on Tuesday, October 19th from 2-7 p.m. in the multi-purpose room. Enter through the Athletic entrance off of East Street. You DO NOT have to schedule an appointment. You can drop in between 2-7 p.m. but you do need to click the link below to register in advance. You will then be given a QR code to print to bring to the clinic.
All individuals (12 years old & older) are eligible to get vaccinated. The shots being offered are: Pfizer 1st & 2nd shot, Moderna 1st & 2nd shot, Johnson & Johnson (1 shot) vaccine and the BOOSTER shot.

IDPH has just adopted CDC recommendations on COVID-19 vaccine boosters. CDC recommends the following groups should receive boosters:
- people 65 years and older and residents in long-term care settings should receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series,
- people aged 50–64 years with underlying medical conditions should receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series.
Additionally, CDC recommends the following groups may be considered for boosters.
- people aged 18–49 years with underlying medical conditions may receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series, based on their individual benefits and risks, and
- people aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting may receive a booster shot of Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months after their Pfizer-BioNTech primary series, based on their individual benefits and risks.
